First of all, I have not been as excited about this year's show as I was last year. Don't even know if I'll vote...
-no silly boxing or other type competition metaphor this year

- 'Mad World' again - coming up from the bottom of the stage. Very emo and 'Phantom'-esque with the fog machines
-not just guyliner but mascara too...
- I could do without the judges comments tonight... Esp after the performance he just gave - you want to sit with it and let it flow over you
-tired of Karartist
-Paula looks pretty in green
-too much chest hair Simon - agree with Simon an the Phantom! I called it!
- Kris is a cutie! Getting paid to sing since a kiddo
- "Aint No Sunshine" piano playing
- interesting that they both selected slow songs
-no theatrics, just pure sangin'!
-emotion and anticipation for the last note at the end
-still not feelin' the judges tonight
-'Allen-izing' nice, Paula
-Simon eating his words

Simon Fuller choices
-"long time comin'" - this is kinda boring... for Adam
- of course he screams - I'm really over that.
- saw some tonsils on that end note
- the judges are over the top right now - kinda sickening
-I liked the theatrical one better - guess I like the theatre
-Kris singing "what's goin' on"
- I really like the vibe of this song
-this is a great song for Kris
- he is so talented - to sing, play piano, and guitar
- I disagree Randy
- very much Jason Mraz
- I'd like to see Simon sing it that good in his bedroom...
-shut it Seacrest

-I've never liked the winner's song... Ever. No matter who sings it.
-didn't like Adam's performance
-reeeeeallly tired of judges
-Adam sucking up to Karatist
-Simon sucking up to Glambert
-Seacrest holding mic like he's interviewing Adam and forgetting that Adam has his own mic LOL
- think Kris's voice didn't fit the key of the song -
- he started out rough but found his stride
-i think he knew that wasn't his best
-the judges were right on with this one
-he's so cool and laid back - I love it
